Your order will be shipped within 2 business days of completion of project. Personal check orders will be held for clearing of check and usually shipped within 7 business days after completion.
I try to ensure that everything is in stock for immediate shipment, however if an item is out of stock I will contact you immediately to give you a estimated completion date.
When you place a order with us, we will add you to our mailing list to receive our newsletter which will keep you up to date with our new products, specials etc.

Policies
Shipping Rates and Policies - Within the United States:
I typically ship USPS priority mail (2-3 business days) with the following rates based on your order total:
Orders are shipped using Flat Rate Priority plus a small handling charge which will be calculated at checkout.
Orders are shipped with delivery confirmation.
**NEW FOR LOCAL CUSTOMERS** - For our customers close by in Butler, Clarion, and Armstrong Counties - Receive free fabric (our choice) in the amount of your shipping charge, for example if your shipping charge is $10.95 - You will get $10.95 in FREE FABRIC

Shipping Rates and Policies - International:
Shipments to International destinations are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail, please note that the shipping charges cannot be calculated online at checkout. Please email me your order and shipping address before completing your order, upon receipt of your shipping address, I will email you with the exact shipping amount that would be charged on your order, then upon a return email from you accepting the shipping charge your order will then be placed and processed.
***Please note for international orders,payment must be made in full, including postage, before project is undertaken, if you have any questions please email me before completing your order.***

Return Policy:
I am committed to 100% satisfaction from all my customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact me within 5 days of receipt of your purchase for return authorization. Refunds can be made by refund of the purchase price or even exchange of product upon receipt of original order .

Returned Checks:
A return check fee of $35.00 will be charged for any returned checks.

Wash your shirt in cold water. Tumble dry on low heat. This will keep the design looking crisp.

Sales Tax
Any order placed in the state of Pennsylvania will have the standard 6% tax rate applied if called for. Any other state in the United States will not pay sales tax. (Now there's some good news)! However, international orders may have customs duties and taxes added.

Payment Options:
Dee's Stitchery accepts all major credit cards and E-checks through Paypal. You no longer need a paypal account to pay with your credit card. When paying for your purchase, you are given the option to sign up for a Paypal account or make a traditional payment using your credit card. Paypal is a safe and secure method of online payment that uses advanced encrytion to protect your private information. That is one of our top priorities here at Dee's Stitchery!

Delivery Times:
All custom items will ship within 2 business days after completion if paid by Visa/Mastercard or Pay-Pal and if paid by Money Order or Certified Check. Please email me so we may discuss your needs. Deposits on special orders will apply.
